Buy to Let

If you are thinking of buying a property as an investment then we can help. Lenders will usually base their lending on rental income rather than your earned income, so it may be easier than you think.

Self Certification

If your income comes from a number of different sources or if you are self employed and your accounts are not up to date, it may be possible to declare your income to a lender without submitting proof of that income. The income multiples that lenders require still apply and the lender will maintain the right to either refuse your application or require some evidence of your declared income if they think it is necessary.

Right to Buy

If you are a local authority tenant, and have been offered the chance to purchase your property at a discounted rate, then there are specific products to suit your needs.
